RUBBER FACTORY / GERMANY

this is the continental rubber factory....a huge area with lots of buildings....i don't know how long it was empty but is must have been some years now, because nearly everything is covered in spraypaint....as it is next to a channel most of the cellars are under water now....and there have been several fires in the different builings, i wonder if it was used for firebrigade trainings or set alight by arsonists...for my taste there could have been more fire and less "art"....it will be lost soon , the deconstruction work has already started .
